2.)  Sessions will be hosted by a SDFI host and moderated by an expert in the specific field being reviewed.
3.)  Each session will be 60-75 mins. long:  5 min. for setup & introductions, 15 mins. per case, 15 mins. for general
      discussion.
4.)  Case review presentations will be broken down as follows:  2 mins. to setup, 7 mins. to present, 6 mins. for discussion.
5.)  You will need a P.C. computer, a high speed connection to the Internet and a phone or speaker phone. (No Mac's)
6.)  "How To" connect and access online SDFI case review sessions will be sent via e-mail to all participants the day before.
7.)  If we don't have enough attendees and presenters, we will cancel the event 48 hours beforehand by sending out an e-mail
and cleaning out the names from this web page.

Specific Case Review Guidelines for Presenters

1.)  Forensic photographs should be shown as an overlapping storyboard series  (see our Digital Protocol for more info.)

2.)  Each presenter must know their case well and be able to provide a short detailed case history.
(i.e. 24 yr. old female, at a party, drinking, passes out and wakes up with a male on top of her. Complains of pain.)
NOTE:  The moderator will have additional questions.  Be prepared.  Know your case details!

3.)  Know why are you presenting your case.  Do you have questions about an injury or lack there of, validation, skin condition
STD's or something else?  Please make sure and be sure you know the answers to this and similar questions.
4.)
Presenters will have 15 minutes to show a case   (2 mins. for technical setup, 7 mins. to present, 6 mins. for discussion.)
5.)
Cases must be de-identified and presented in either SDFI Software or PowerPoint.  (SDFI software is preferred.)
6.)  For SDFI users, de-identify your pictures with either SDFI's PINK De-Identification Guide or with our help directly.  If
you would like our help, please contact us at least three days before your case presentation.

7.)
DO NOT SEND your Case Review Cases to us.  You will present on your own computer and you will keep full control of
your pictures.  The HOST will simply give you the ability to "SHOW YOUR SCREEN" to others in the remote meeting
just like we do when we offer computer technical support  (it's the same thing, except other nurses will be watching!)

NOTE:    If your pictures are not fully de-identified, you will not be able to present.
