HARDWARE SUPPORT
- Choose this event when your SDFI Camera System has picture quality issues or error codes presenting, requires a physical assessment of damage, or is returned from repair.
SOFTWARE SUPPORT
- Choose this event when you require assistance with installing the SDFI Software Package, licensing a new or replacing an existing user, the SDFI Image Management or Security Software, or sending/downloading an SDFI Share File through the File Portal.
Data Recovery
- Choose this event when you need assistance retrieving lost or deleted SDFI pictures from your SDFI SD Cards. We will do our best to recover the data during this session; however, data recovery cannot be guaranteed.
